Since we wish to offer the optimized and most efficient process for your peptide, we do not adhere to one particular technology but select the most appropriate and efficient one from our technology platform described below:
Peptide
assembly technologies
1.
Polymer Supported Solution Synthesis: This unique technology,
developed at the Weizmann Institute, combines the advantages of both solid phase
and solution phase methods. Using this strategy, the growing peptide is in solution
while the introduced amino acids are bound to a polymeric support. Use of this
method results in a crude product of high quality and scale-up is smooth and
easy to handle.
2.
Solid Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis: Fmoc, Boc and Z chemistries
are combined to identify the best route for the given peptide sequence. Our
current capacity can handle batch sizes of up to 100 kg.
3. Solution Phase
Peptide Synthesis: This method is used for the manufacture of fragments and
short peptides at large-scale. Our current capacity can handle up to ton scale
batches.

At Novetide, various chromatographic methods (incl. reversed phase, normal phase, ion exchange, size exclusion) are regularly used to purify the crude peptide to the required specifications. The most efficient method is used for the purification of your peptide API to its final desired specifications. We can currently work at scales of up to tens of kgs. per batch.
Novetide's extensive experience
in large scale lyophilization means that batches of up to tens of kgs. can be
handled in a fully controlled lyophilization cycle
