Dr. Avi Tovi, President and CEO

Avi Tovi co-founded Novetide and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer from its inception. Prior to that, Dr. Tovi served as group leader at the Israel Chemicals Group (ICL) corporate R&D TAMI from 1995 to 1999 and as a project manager from 1992 to 1995. Dr. Tovi holds a D.Sc. in Pharmacology from the Technion, M.A. in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration, B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and B.A in Chemistry from the Technion in Israel. Dr. Tovi has completed Executive Program for Life Sciences at the Merage Foundation, Merage Business School, University of California, Irvine, CA.

Dr. Chaim Eidelman, Vice President Research and Development

Chaim Eidelman is one of Novetide's co-founders and has led Novetide's R&D from the company's inception, first as Chief Chemist and currently as Vice President of R&D, a position he has held since 2010. Prior to that, Dr. Eidelman served as Peptide Group Project Leader ICL's TAMI division from 1995 to 1999 and as a project manager from 1992 to 1995. Dr. Eidelaman holds a B. Sc., Chemistry and an M. Sc., Organic Chemistry from the Technion, and a Ph.D., Organic Chemistry, Tel-Aviv University, Tel-Aviv. Dr. Eidelaman is a leading expert in peptide manufacturing technology, his articles have been published worldwide and he holds multiple peptide related patents.

Mr. Dov Hirshenhouse, CFO

Dov Hirshenhouse joined Novetide as Finance Manager in 2000 and he has served Novetide's CFO since 2005. Prior to Novetide he was Finance Manager at the Israel Chemical Industries' IMI R&D division. Dov Hirshenhouse received his BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Haifa and has been a certified accountant since 1998.

Mr. Shimon Shushan, Production Manager

Shimon Shushan joined Novetide in 2000 as a member of the R&D team. In 2001 he was appointed Production manager responsible for all of Novetide's peptide manufacturing in its two FDA approved locations. Shimon Shushan holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnological Engineering from the Ort Braude College.

Mrs. Simona Afuta, Human Resources Manager

Simona Afuta joined Novetide in 2008 as Human Resources Manager and brought a wealth of experience with her from leading companies such as Coca Cola where she also worked as a Human Resources Manager. Simona Afuta holds a BA in sociology and is a certified bookkeeper specializing in employee salary calculation.

Mr. Idan Gon, Supply Chain Manager

Idan Gon joined Novetide in 2002 as Purchasing Manager and currently manages Novetide's global purchasing, exporting and the entire supply chain. He holds a BA in Industrial Management and Engineering from the Ort Braude College
